Active console pay-off intended for unwinding long insulated products on metal spools. The drum is lifted using a common pallet jack.
On customer’s demand, the pay-off may be equipped with a pneumatic brake.
The use of frequency converters, controllers and software allows for smooth acceleration and stopping of the drum, regardless of its weight and filling degree.
The device is easy to operate and maintain, it is compact and occupies a small production area.
The active pay-off AOU 630(KT) can be operated as part of extrusion lines, rewinding lines and cable quality control lines, twisting lines for insulated and non-insulated copper conductors.
