Active pintle pay-off intended for unwinding long products from drums.
The device consists of a lifting fork, retractable pintles, a lifting device, a frequency regulated drive, a control panel. The drum is lifted using a screw-nut system.
A pneumatic brake enables to effectively stop the full drum with the weight of up to 1200 kg.
The device does not require any a special foundation, it is compact and occupies a small production area.
The AOU 10-63 pay-off can be operated as part of extrusion lines, rewinding lines and quality control lines for cable products, twisting lines.
The main characteristics of the universal device AOU 10-63 for take-up drums and spools with diameters of 630, 800 and 1000 mm.
