Linear taping device is intended for laying different taping materials. It can be used both independently and in extrusion lines, insulated and non-insulated conductor twisting lines.
The device consists of a full metal body, pneumatic shaft, pneumatic tape tension compensator, frequency regulated drive, a control panel.
Use of frequency converters, controllers and software makes it possible to ensure uniform tape tension.
The device can be used with tapes of up to 45 mm wide and up to 0.1 mm thick, tapes on disks and reels can be used, with the weight of up to 50 kg.
The minimum noise level is achieved through the use of gear motors.
The device does not require any a special foundation, it is compact and occupies a minimum production area.
