Active pintle pay-off is designed for unwinding long cables from wooden and metal drums.
The device consists of a lifting fork, retractable pintles, a lifting device, a frequency regulated drive, a control panel. The drum is lifted using a screw-nut system.
A pneumatic brake enables to effectively stop the full drum with the weight of up to 3000 kg.
The AOU 10-14 pay-off can be operated as part of extrusion lines, rewinding lines and quality control lines for cable products.
