Construction:

Conductor — twisted copper pairs with cross-sections from 0.2 to 2.5 mm².

Insulation — fire-resistant silicone rubber.

Sheath — PVC compound with reduced fire hazard, low smoke and gas emission. Color: white for indoor installation, black for outdoor installation with UV protection.

Designation decoding:

KPS — fire alarm cable
ng — does not support combustion
(A) — category according to fire safety performance

S — additional fire-resistant barrier in the form of mica tape

FR — Fire Resistant — flame-retardant, does not propagate combustion (FE 180)
LS — Low Smoke — reduced smoke and gas emission
LTx — Low Toxic — low toxicity of combustion products

Application area

Used in preschool and educational institutions, specialized nursing homes and facilities for people with disabilities, hospitals, dormitory buildings of boarding schools, childcare institutions, and other social facilities with limited mobility of occupants.
